Shipping origin and carrier

Orders are dispatched from the Republic of Korea. U.S. orders use tracked Korea Post EMS unless a different service is shown at checkout.

U.S. shipping charge

The current Korea Post EMS base charge for one DOSIÉ retail set with billable weight up to 0.75 kg is KRW 42,500. The final charge depends on the carrier’s billable weight. Korea Post uses the greater of actual weight and dimensional weight calculated as length × width × height (cm) ÷ 6,000.

Delivery estimate

DOSIÉ’s customer-facing delivery estimate is 5–7 business days after dispatch. Korea Post’s current reference transit estimate for U.S. EMS is 3–4 days, excluding the acceptance date, weekends, holidays, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking information is provided after shipment. Customers must enter a complete and deliverable address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed parcel may be charged to the customer when permitted by law.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Import duties, sales or use taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are not collected by this store unless checkout expressly states otherwise. The recipient is responsible for charges assessed by U.S. customs, state authorities, or the carrier.

Damage, loss, or delivery problems

Email contact@dosie.co.kr with your order number and supporting photos if the parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a tracking problem. Keep the parcel and packaging until the review is complete.
