서비스 약관

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the online services provided by Bodycare Lab Co., Ltd. through the DOSIÉ store and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company and customers.

2. Seller and service

The seller is Bodycare Lab Co., Ltd. DOSIÉ provides product information, ordering, payment, delivery, customer support, and related online services.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is submitted when the customer completes the checkout process. The sales contract is formed when DOSIÉ accepts the order and sends an order confirmation. DOSIÉ may cancel or refuse an order when payment cannot be confirmed, stock is unavailable, the information supplied is incomplete or fraudulent, or shipment would violate applicable law.

4. Prices and payment

Store prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Shipping charges are shown before payment. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are not collected by DOSIÉ unless checkout expressly states otherwise and may be charged to the recipient.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from the Republic of Korea. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and may be affected by weekends, holidays, customs clearance, carrier conditions, and destination-country procedures. See the Shipping Policy for current details.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

You may request cancellation before shipment, or a return within 7 days after receiving the order or receipt confirmation, subject to applicable law and the Return and Refund Policy. Opened or used cosmetics and products whose value has materially decreased through customer handling cannot be returned for change of mind. This restriction does not apply to defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items.

7. Product use and customer responsibility

Follow the product label, instructions, warnings, and Hyfuser user guide. Stop use and seek appropriate advice if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs. Product information on this store describes cosmetic products and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

8. Intellectual property

DOSIÉ product names, text, photographs, videos, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Bodycare Lab Co., Ltd. and may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission.

9. Privacy and account security

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information and for protecting any account credentials.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith consultation. If court proceedings are required, jurisdiction is determined under applicable Korean law.
